Use rar, Winrar or UnRarX for decompress. In UnRarX select Preferences and hit keep broken files.
Installation guide for MAC users

1. Mount iso or insert DVD
2. Start Sims 3 installation
3. Choose your language
4. Choose location & allow installation
5. Finish.
6. Update to lastest version (v1.2x.x)
7. Go to The Sims 3 Folder, and right click --> Show Package Content --> go to /Contents/Resources/trangaming/c_Drive/Program Files/Electronic Arts/The Sims 3/Game/Bin/
8. Copy & replace both TS3.exe and TSLHost.dll (Copy 2 files from Fairlight folder)
